**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Rural Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, planning, and construction, with excellent leadership and project management skills.

The role involves leading the redevelopment of a 2.5-acre plot, comprising the demolition of existing agricultural buildings and the creation of three new detached residential dwellings. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing planning permission, managing contractors, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead the redevelopment project from conception to completion
  • Secure planning permission and navigate regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality results

**Benefits**

A salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and private healthcare.
