As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role as a Trainee Estate Agent

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimizing opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
