Bruton Knowles, a leading Chartered Surveying practice, is seeking a skilled Chartered Surveyor to join our National Valuation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out Red Book valuations, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality services.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about valuation work and has a strong understanding of the trade related valuation sector. If you are a self-motivated and driven professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Red Book valuations for our clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our National Valuation Team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Chartered Surveyor qualification with a strong understanding of the trade related valuation sector.
  • Minimum 2 years PQE valuation experience, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region, with a flexible approach to working hours.
