About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Concierge to join our team at The Peninsula London. As a key member of our Concierge Desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of concierge professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed guest expectations and drive loyalty
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with local events, activities, and attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a concierge or hospitality leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving luxury service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language proficiency
