Factory Supervisor Job Description

Skin + Me is a pioneering online dermatology service powered by experts, on a mission to change the face of skincare. We're seeking a skilled Factory Supervisor to join our Operations Team at our Facility in Park Royal, London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise factory production and a team of operators on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient operations.
  • Motivate and lead a growing team of operators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through regular stock audits and day-to-day controls, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Manage the workflow in the factory, including goods in, manufacturing, packing stations, and dispatch, to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Production line experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing teams of operators, with a focus on leadership, motivation, and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
