About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Rotaflow Global Ltd. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to grow sales revenue and expand existing customer relationships.
  2. Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped quarterly commission with an OTE of £45,000. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
