Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team at a primary school in Bury. The successful candidate will provide support to pupils with complex needs, working in small groups or one-on-one.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting primary-aged pupils with complex needs and be confident in effectively managing behaviour. This is a full-time position, working 8:30am-3:45pm, with a minimum rate of pay £85 per day (dependent on experience).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training
  • Previous experience working in a support role
  • Effective behaviour management skills
  • Team Teach qualification desirable
