We are seeking an exceptional Senior Group Engineering & Projects Manager to join our growing global FMCG manufacturer. As a strategic thinker and natural inclusive people leader, you will drive engineering excellence across multiple sites, ensuring seamless delivery of CAPEX factory and services projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engineering Project Management: Oversee and lead a portfolio of engineering projects to the highest standards across several sites within the cluster.
  • Factory Services Leadership: Ensure the efficient use of utilities while maintaining compliance with environmental standards.
  • Engineering Compliance Champion: Ensure all engineering activities meet industry standards.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with UK SLT to align engineering goals with strategic objectives.
  • Project Management Expertise: A track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective and efficient engineering project strategy.
  • Optimize and improve the plant's productive capabilities to meet business demands.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven Leadership: Significant experience in a senior engineering management role within the manufacturing sector.
  • NEBOSH Certificate qualified.
  • Mechanical / electrical qualification or equivalent, ideally a degree.
  • 5+ years of Engineering leadership experience; with exposure to FMCG environments ideal.
  • Track record of engineering project delivery.
  • Ability to manage priorities and projects across a multi-site and multi-function organization.
