**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced transportation coordinator to manage route efficiency and driver availability in a service-led environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all administrative tasks associated with the dispatch office are completed and contribute towards improved efficiency and the reduction of operating costs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage route efficiency and ensure effective use of vehicles and facilities
* Manage driver availability and coverage in line with legislation
* Input of pay and bonus information, update holiday rotas, timesheets and tachograph records
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, supervising vehicle availability and ensuring that drivers have completed their checks

**Requirements**

* Able to supervise teams remotely
* Good administrative skills and an excellent communicator
* Knowledge of vehicle and driver regulations for O'licence compliance
* Able to support employee engagement
* Assist with the continuous improvement in productivity and the quality of service provided
