PDI Technician

We are seeking a skilled PDI Technician for a commercial vehicle company, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. The role involves carrying out pre-delivery inspections, collection inspections, and minor services on vehicles, ensuring quality and health and safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have previous workshop experience, a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Repair, and great customer service skills. They will also be able to follow instructions and procedures, work well in a team, and have a positive can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out pre-delivery inspections on all vehicles
- Carrying out collection inspections on all vehicles prior to customer delivery
- Completing minor services on vehicles as required
- Completing minor repairs where necessary
- Accessorising vehicles as and when required
- Ensuring all work carried out meets health and safety requirements and manufacturer standards of quality
- Reporting additional repair or safety issues to the Workshop Manager
