Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Property Sales Expert to sell our clients' exclusive range of properties, including apartments and penthouses ranging from £700,000 to multi-million pounds in price.


Sales Strategy and Planning:



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the luxury property market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, investors, and prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to final closing.

Luxury Property Sales:



  • Negotiate sales contracts, coordinate property inspections, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Proven track record in residential property sales, particularly in the luxury real estate market.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in real estate or sales management are desirable.
