We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our service team at Cicchetti Knightsbridge, a renowned Italian restaurant in London.

 

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work with a family-owned company that values exceptional service and authentic Italian cuisine. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring high-quality service and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

 

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

 

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Waiter/Waitress will include:

  • Greeting guests and escorting them to their table in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Presenting menus and taking orders for food and drinks, making recommendations as needed
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
  • Processing payment and handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with setup and clean-up before and after service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage delivery
