Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumJob Description

The successful candidate will be part of our Risk & Typology Coverage Assessment (RTCA) team, responsible for maintaining Transaction Monitoring (TM) arrangements' adherence to Law, Regulations, and Guidance (LRG) through the LRG traceability matrix.

This role involves working across various teams to ensure that TM requirements are considered, delivered, and effective where appropriate. You will also be responsible for understanding systems used for alert generation and investigation, making enhancements to ensure adherence to law, regulations, and guidance.

As an AML expert, you will develop new rules and controls to ensure continual adherence to LRG. Providing regular updates to the Regional Head of Monitoring is also a key aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Considerable experience in AML/CTF roles, legal, law enforcement, compliance, or regulatory backgrounds, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of TM and case management systems.
  • Certified AML Specialist (CAMS or ICA designation preferred).
  • Familiarity with Wealth, Markets, Trade Finance, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Correspondent Banking products beneficial.
