**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date database entries for client information.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Prepare and compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Implement efficient inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and processing of billing charges.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
