Job Title: Caretaker / Maintenance Operative

Think Recruitment is seeking a skilled Caretaker / Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the properties remain clean, tidy, safe, secure, and in good condition for the residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keeping communal areas clean and hazard-free
  • Grounds maintenance, including leaf clearance, litter picking, and removing graffiti
  • Maintenance and minor repairs to properties
  • Dealing with fly tipping clearance and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Full driving license is essential for this mobile role
  • Full DBS check required, with a clear result
  • Good IT skills, including using an iPad to access a portal and log/track jobs
  • Ideal experience in a customer-facing environment, undertaking cleaning and caretaking duties
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with core hours of 8am to 3:30pm
