Mandatory Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance, business economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the investment banking domain, with a strong focus on reconciliations, business analysis, and project management.
  • Deep understanding of any of the following domains: Equities, FX, Derivatives, Payments, Trade finance, custody, Asset servicing, or Syndicated loans.
  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems, databases, and software tools, including MS Office Suite and project management software.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the investment banking domain, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis, including data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering, to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support to project teams, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
