We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Professional to join our Assembly team. This role will focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth across EMEA.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Account Manager with expertise in developing effective media plans that drive e-commerce growth. They will work closely with our Account Directors to orchestrate internal teams and ensure Assembly delivers high-quality results across all departments.

We're looking for a proactive and passionate individual who is constantly seeking creative ways to achieve exceptional results. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who can build lasting relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key Account Manager across a portfolio of clients, supporting the Account Director with deliverables and managing the sign-off of media plans.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels of seniority.
  • Support in the development of strategic media frameworks, including insight mining, defining tasks for communication, and audience definition and sizing.
  • Support on cross-channel planning, using historic client performance and industry benchmarks in combination with agency tools.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of all deliverables across accounts and collaborate with the Account Director, client, and channel teams to ensure priorities remain aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign metrics using channel platforms and dashboards, providing clients with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Excellent understanding of all digital channels, including PPC, SEO, Display, and Paid Social.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with analysing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Results and target-driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments.
