In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in the site-based team of a leading global Chemical Manufacturer based in the Middlesbrough area. As an Engineering Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and document technical asset information across the site, ensuring maximum operational efficiency throughout an asset's lifecycle.

You will work closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure that all technical asset information is accurately documented and up-to-date. This will involve producing a weekly maintenance schedule, ensuring that all assets comply with regulatory requirements, and managing the implementation of new equipment into the Business Management System (BMS).

Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating and managing asset registration for all equipment on site, working with maintenance and engineering to ensure spare items are correct for PM work, and collating paper-based technical documentation to digital files. Your expertise in maintenance best practice, along with your proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be essential in achieving these goals.

The company offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000, along with a range of benefits including 36 holidays, a company pension scheme, and an incentive bonus scheme paid quarterly.
