Job Title: Tax Manager

Job Summary:
Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for preparing annual tax returns and trust accounts for a complex portfolio of Trust and Estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of annual tax returns and trust accounts for a complex portfolio of Trust and Estate clients
Ongoing management of the client portfolio, including updating the Trust Registration Service
Immediate entry to our Management Development Programme to develop leadership potential
Partner level mentor and a tailored career progression plan

Requirements:
Detailed understanding of the different types of trusts and the tax implications thereof
Tax return and accounts preparation experience with a wide range of UK trusts
Experience with the CCH suite of tax and accounting software would be beneficial
Strong client relationship and project management skills
Ability to prioritise and meet tight timeframes with high-quality output
Demonstrate good judgement of risk and be commercially minded
