Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain fitness equipment at customer locations
  • Ensure repairs are carried out following company policies
  • Provide quality and courteous support to customers
  • Document service calls and submit reports in accordance with established procedures
  • Communicate with the inside service team regarding product performance and field feedback

Requirements:

  • Preferred electrical or mechanical experience
  • Prior customer interface experience
  • Experience with standard troubleshooting and diagnostic methods for electro/mechanical equipment
  • PC skills, including use of MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, and MS-Word
