Aquatics Therapy Assistant Role


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatics Therapy Assistant to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As an Aquatics Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities, and health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of aquatic therapy sessions to clients with varying abilities and needs.
  • Work closely with our experienced therapy team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to engage in water-based activities.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized therapy area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of aquatic therapy principles and practices.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
