About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Bank Support Worker to join our team at CareTech UK. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with mental health needs, using a person-centred approach.
  • Measure outcomes specifically to an individual's needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive impact on the service experience of individuals with mental health difficulties.
Requirements
  • Experience in a caring environment, although not essential.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Good communication skills, allowing you to engage and interact with our Service Users.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Confidence to work alone and as part of a team.
