Registered Veterinary Nurse Wanted for a Dynamic Team
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our RCVS accredited Hospital in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to provide medical nursing care for in-patients, referral patients, and emergency cases, as well as contribute to surgical procedures, radiography, laboratory work, and mentoring support staff.
Our practice operates on a supportive 1:5 Saturday or Sunday day shift rotation, promoting a healthy work-life balance, with a manageable 1:15 rotation for weekend nights. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible rota patterns and working hours tailored to accommodate individual lifestyles and career stages.
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse at our practice, you will have access to various benefits, including 6.6 weeks of annual leave, increasing holiday allowances based on length of service, and a paid day off on your birthday. We also offer enhanced family-friendly policies, private medical insurance, and initiatives promoting employee well-being, such as discounted gym memberships.
Additionally, we provide a £500 CPD allowance with 3 days paid pro rata and certificate support. Professional memberships, VDS cover, and RCVS fees are covered, along with additional perks such as discounts with various retailers and a competitive pension scheme.
