Job Title: Mathematics Teacher

Location: Bracknell

Salary:£31,000 - £62,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about mathematics and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the maths curriculum.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Examination Preparation: Prepare students for GCSE and A-level examinations, ensuring they achieve their best.
  • Classroom Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and critical thinking.
  • Extracurricular Activities: Participate in extracurricular activities, including field trips and clubs, to enrich the educational experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and academic success.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and subject advancements.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant maths subject.
  • A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for maths.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
