Our Care Assistant roles in Worthing offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you will be working with our clients in their own homes, providing companionship, personal care, and support with daily tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assisting with personal care, such as washing and dressing
- Helping with medication management, including prescription collections and reminders
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Assisting with housework, including laundry and cleaning
- Accompanying clients on errands and outings
- Providing mobility support, including assistance with walking and transfers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A caring and compassionate attitude
- A driving license and access to a vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
