We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team as we continue to revolutionize the fitness industry with our innovative products.

The successful candidate will take ownership of QA across all aspects of our organization, including the mirror application, computer vision form tracking, workout content, and ideally hardware.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance process for our cutting-edge fitness products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA engineering within a startup or high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to each aspect of our product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes into the development lifecycle.
  • Design and execute manual testing to detect and reproduce bugs throughout the mirror software application.
  • Integrate regression testing, functional testing, exploratory testing, and other valuable practices into the QA process.
  • Work closely with the content team to review and test new workout content to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
  • Thoroughly inspect mirrors from each new shipment to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Coordinate and communicate with developers to ensure smooth and regular releases of new features.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a QA engineer within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with mobile and web app testing, including usability principles and best practices.
  • Ability to design comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to each aspect of the product.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management solutions like Xray.
  • Outstanding communication skills, particularly in effectively explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to create resilient processes.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile Scrum teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Able to work effectively in a team setting.
