About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Stores Manager to join our team at SM UK. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores department, developing and maintaining key strategic supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and sourcing new products.

\

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the stores department, ensuring efficient and effective management of stock levels, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure best value for the company.\
  • SOURCE NEW PRODUCTS TO ENSURE A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN THE MARKETPLACE.\
  • Work collaboratively with the procurement team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.\
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.\
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
