Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team, working on a major civil engineering project in Berkshire.
About the Role: As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain, managing projects from award through to final accounts, and reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain
- Project management from award through to final accounts
- Reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations
- Assisting with change and managing variations
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification and experience
- Civil Engineering and Piling experience
- Previous Main Contracting and or Sub Contractor experience
- NEC contract experience
- Sub contract procurement and management experience
- Financial reporting, remeasurement and take-off experience
