Senior Event Executive Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Event Executive to join our events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events for our Group Chief Executive and his senior management team. This includes delivering events in our key growth regions of Europe and Asia.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, developing innovative event solutions to enhance the customer experience. You will drive and utilise event evaluation techniques to assess effectiveness and maximise ROI.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver a wide range of in-person, hybrid and virtual events that support our growth ambitions across all channels, with a focus on our key markets in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific
- Recruit, manage and lead a team of Senior Events Executives, setting performance objectives and ensuring they are properly trained, appraised and developed
- Ensure all Senior Events Executives deliver high-quality events for our clients that meet our brand and business objectives
- End-to-end management of proprietary conferences and participation at flagship industry conferences in key growth markets

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in event management, project management and people management. They will also have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework and compliance requirements for events in the investment industry.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including annual bonus, pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance and 25 days holiday.
