LiveWest is seeking a highly skilled Regional Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our ever-expanding housing portfolio. Your expertise will ensure that our homes meet the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed resolutions and project management in respect of complex repairs and issues relating to our customers' properties.
- Collaborate closely with our Property Services teams, investment experts, and repair teams to ensure effective asset management.
- Ensure liaison with customers, clients, and external agencies involved within specified projects, providing technical advice and guidance as required.
About The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills, excellent building surveying experience, and a strong understanding of the built environment. You will also have experience working at a similar level within an RSL, local or public authority, or private practice, involved in the asset management and surveying function. A full, valid UK driving licence is also essential.
