About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at DTC Jobs as a Head of Retention. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales and growth for our B2C nail tech brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and retention strategies to drive online growth and customer engagement
  • Optimize our website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO) to improve customer experience and drive sales
  • Create and manage sales funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention, and analyze data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee email marketing efforts and coordinate with other marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ecommerce manager, preferably in the beauty or nail tech industry, with a strong track record of driving online sales and growth
  • In-depth knowledge of CRO, SEO, and email marketing best practices, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely, and strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication and collaboration abilities
