Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Healthcare Professional to join our team in Rother Valley South. The successful candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support the development of our primary care network.

About the Role:

The Community Healthcare Professional will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, managing their health needs, and referring them to specialist services when necessary. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to share knowledge and best practices.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working in a primary care environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions based on assessment and diagnosis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a generous annual leave allowance, and a contributory pension scheme.
