Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in the Winsford Care Community. As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, managing, and providing treatment to patients with complex and/or multiple therapy needs.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and provide supervision to therapy assistants, junior staff, and students. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in the 7-day urgent community response rota on a rolling basis.

• Manage a clinical caseload with autonomy, working without direct supervision.
• Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, provide therapeutic diagnoses, and implement agreed treatment plans.
• Provide individual or group therapy as appropriate to setting.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation of treatment to measure progress and outcomes.
• Record, maintain, and store accurate documentation in line with legal and local requirements.
• Assess capacity, gain informed consent, and work within a legal framework.

Salary: £38,890 - £44,541 per annum, depending on experience.
