Main Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate the nursing care of patients within Critical Care in accordance with UK law, the NMC code of conduct, and the Trust values.
  • Work effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Manage a patient caseload within defined clinical areas.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (Level 1) with a strong foundation in nursing skills.
  • Experience in handling and administration of blood, as well as complaint training.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
