Main Responsibilities- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate the nursing care of patients within Critical Care in accordance with UK law, the NMC code of conduct, and the Trust values.
- Work effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Manage a patient caseload within defined clinical areas.
- Registered Nurse (Level 1) with a strong foundation in nursing skills.
- Experience in handling and administration of blood, as well as complaint training.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A supportive and friendly environment with opportunities for continuous professional development.
- An in-house education program and clinical mentorship within the 'National Competency Framework for Registered Nurses in Adult Critical Care'.
- A designated Clinical Nurse Educator to facilitate ongoing continuous professional development.
- Registered Nurse (Level 1) with a strong foundation in nursing skills.
- Equivalent specialist module or willingness to work towards.
- ENB998 / Appropriate critical care module, or willing to work towards.
