The Sutherland is a brand-new restaurant, lounge, bar, and hotel located in the heart of Telford. We're seeking a highly skilled Cocktail Connoisseur to join our team, someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a keen eye for detail.
In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting handcrafted cocktails to our exacting standards, managing orders, and maintaining the overall appearance of our bar area. Your ability to multitask, think on your feet, and provide excellent customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

The Sutherland is part of The Grill Pub Co's portfolio, which includes The White House Hotel in Muxton, Telford. We've invested heavily in transforming this venue into a stunning destination that showcases the best of Shropshire's hospitality scene.

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of around £27,000, dependent on experience.
