About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team at Pico Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing our state-of-the-art products and associated test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze schematics, layouts, BOMs, and other essential diagnostic documentation
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies and adhere to best practices, particularly in 'Design For Test' methodologies
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality products
  • Provide exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, and design teams
Requirements
  • Proficiency in EPROM programming, PIC, FPGA, and software programming principles
  • Adept soldering skills and comprehensive understanding of operational protocols within Contract Electronic Manufacturers
  • Familiarity with test strategies and adherence to best practices
  • Additional qualifications such as training or hands-on experience in analog and digital circuits, design, and test methodologies
