About the Role
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key part in developing and implementing Systems Engineering processes, methods, and tools to support the delivery of engineering design for enrichment and fuel manufacture, plant life extension, decommissioning and waste handling projects across their full life cycle including commissioning and operation.

£90,000 - £130,000 per annum

This role requires an individual who has a proven background in Systems Engineering and experience with key Systems Engineering methodologies (e.g., architecture definition, Pugh matricies/optioneering, interface management) as well as requirements management, structured verification, and the use of requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS.

Responsibilities include developing and formalising best practise into processes, supporting new and ongoing projects, and collaborating effectively with colleagues in multiple disciplines, technical and non-technical, to help integrate multi-disciplinary worksteams which are often present on our projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven background in Systems Engineering
- Experience with key Systems Engineering methodologies (e.g., architecture definition, Pugh matricies/optioneering, interface management) as well as requirements management, structured verification, and the use of requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS.
- Experience with MBSE tools such as Capella or Sparx EA is desirable as is experience and awareness of different engineering lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
