Key Responsibilities
  • Manage laboratory facilities, including procurement of equipment and consumables, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Develop and implement policies and processes for laboratory management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Provide training and support to staff and students on the safe and correct use of laboratory equipment.
  • Support practical teaching and research activities, including the development of new courses and programs.
  • Contribute to the development of income-generating activities, such as testing services.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a laboratory or technical role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and students at all levels.
