About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a key member of the classroom team, you will provide support to the class teacher and students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in managing pupil behavior and creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, providing individualized support to students as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting.
  • Right to work in the UK and a DBS check.
