About the Role
Loughborough University is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Catering Assistant to join our Estates & Facilities Management team. As a key member of our campus hospitality team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food and service to our students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality food, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
- Serve food from the hot plate, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Working Arrangements
This part-time position requires a commitment of 17 hours per week, working on an open-ended contract with a 5-over-7, 32-week term-time schedule.
