Storesperson (Dyce/Kintore)

As a key member of our team at NOV Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient picking and dispatching of orders. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.
With a strong background in transactional stores environments, you will be responsible for loading and unloading lorries and vans, reporting any inaccuracies or delivery discrepancies, and maintaining the housekeeping standards of the store and spare parts area.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in computerised stock management systems, be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and possess a forklift license. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading lorries and vans
- Reporting of any inaccuracies or delivery discrepancies
- Accurate picking of parts and issuing materials both physically and electronically
- Preparing delivery paperwork
- Housekeeping of goods in and despatch areas of the stores
- General administration, stocktaking, and housekeeping duties
Requirements:
- Experience in transactional stores environment (desirable)
- Computer literacy (essential)
- MS Office, especially Excel (desirable)
- Working knowledge of computerised stock management systems (desirable)
- Forklift license (desirable)
