Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Scheduler to join Brightwork Ltd in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring materials are available in-line with production plans across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of SAP ECC & PLM is beneficial.
  • Ensuring components are on site to cover production line requirements.
  • Arranging timed deliveries of components into site.
  • Ensuring stores teams are aware of incoming components and their delivery times.
  • Maintaining accurate records of component demand and stock levels.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
