Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and lead the brigade on a busy kitchen environment catering up to 150 covers a day. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running sections within the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient section operations
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and quality
  • Develop menus that showcase local produce and seasonal specials
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative dishes and improve culinary offerings
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements

To succeed as our ideal Sous Chef, you should have:

  • A proven track record of working in a busy rosette/fresh food environment
  • Experience leading a kitchen team and managing multiple sections
  • Excellent cooking skills, including expertise in preparing a variety of cuisines
