Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee customer-focused projects in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery of project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing departments to facilitate smooth project launches and ensure all delivery timelines and quality considerations are factored in.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines that meet customer requirements, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in project timelines, ensuring the project stays on track.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment by encouraging effective communication and teamwork across all project-related areas.
  • Work closely with suppliers and the procurement team to ensure external delivery schedules are met and any potential issues are addressed early.
  • Accurately report any additional costs related to the project to internal management and, where necessary, to the customer.

Required Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
  • Professionalism and the ability to handle client-facing responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all aspects of the project.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
