About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Play Leader to join our team at Let Me Play. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a range of fun and engaging activities to children aged 5-12 during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality activities that cater to the needs and abilities of all children
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes fun, creativity, and social interaction
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement activity plans that meet the needs of our children
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in our care
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all
Requirements
  • Experience working with children aged 5-12 in a childcare or educational setting
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
