We offer an attractive salary of £35,213 per annum, once qualified. During training, you'll receive £26,960 per annum. The estimated salary range is £30,000 - £40,000. Job Description:- Assist experienced conductors on regular train routes.
- Progress to a Qualified Conductor in around three months through structured training and development.
This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. As a Conductor Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring that passengers have a safe and enjoyable journey.
Requirements:- Be willing to work irregular and unsociable shift patterns.
- Be over 18 years old.
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening and meet the medical requirements for the role.
- Structured training and development.
