About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents in line with their individual care plans
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as leisure and social activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
