Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting Children's Residential Homes across Coventry and Nuneaton.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to children in our residential homes. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting children with their active wellbeing, including activities and support from a team of healthcare professionals and/or family.
  • Building relationships with residents to promote a positive and independent future.
  • Providing emotional and behavioral support to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Key working to support children towards independence, including education needs.
Shift Patterns:

Shift patterns will vary according to the service's requirements. Ad-hoc shifts are available, including:

  • Long day shifts (10, 12, or 14 hours)
  • Night shifts (10, 12, or 14 hours)
  • Short shifts (early or late starts, 7am or 8am starts, 2pm or 3pm starts, 8pm - 10pm finishes)
  • Sleep-ins
