Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Supervisor to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely generation of sales invoices, managing credit control processes, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales ledger, ensuring accurate and timely generation of sales invoices.
- Oversee credit control processes, ensuring timely debt recovery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Contribute to the development of department strategies and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, ensuring the team's knowledge is current and relevant.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting and Finance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary within the range of £26,883 - £31,000 per annum.
- A full-time, fixed-term contract with a standard 37-hour work week.
