Caregiver Coordinator

Job Summary
A competitive rate of pay is available for this challenging role, alongside free training and wellbeing tools. In return, you will deliver warm, empathetic and respectful care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.

The ideal candidate will have a background in care with a good understanding of elderly care, as well as a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (essentials for Level 3). A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry and C or above in GCSE English and Maths are also required. You must also have your own car or access to one (mileage covered for travel over five miles).

About the Role
Deliver warm, empathetic and respectful care and support across a 20-mile radius to help residents get the most out of life. Monitor care delivery, contribute to person-centred care planning, and record observations. Provide support and companionship, with a focus on one-to-one time with residents, every shift.
